By downloading, accessing, or using our application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use. FREE IMAGE GENERATOR is an AI-powered tool that allows users to generate images from text prompts. The App utilizes third-party APIs to process text and render visual content in real-time.

 

🔴 2. Zero-Tolerance Policy & Prohibited Content

In compliance with Google Play Policies, we enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy against objectionable content and abusive users. You must not generate, upload, or share any content that is harmful, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, or infringing on intellectual property. Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of access.

 

🔵 3. Intellectual Property Rights

All software, UI designs, brand logos, and pipeline codes inside FREE IMAGE GENERATOR are owned by the Ciaomarkets Ecosystem. Users retain ownership of their individual custom image prompt entries, but the generated visual arrays are bound by the terms of our third-party integrated AI models.

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Ciaomarkets Ecosystem disclaims all warranties. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or special damages arising from the generation pipeline.

We provide robust built-in UI utilities for users to flag inappropriate images. Ciaomarkets Ecosystem reserves the right to remove flagged content and block any user terminals associated with bad actor behavior.

 

🔵 6. Termination of Service

Ciaomarkets Ecosystem reserves the right to suspend or terminate your device access credentials to FREE IMAGE GENERATOR at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct violating these guidelines.

Ciaomarkets Ecosystem reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued usage of FREE IMAGE GENERATOR constitutes full binding acknowledgment of any modifications.
