Why should i provide my real email and phone number when i order? I don’t want spam.

Your information stays privately with us and we wouldn’t ever want to spam you.

It’s important to have a way for our customer service team to contact you about your order so nothing surprising happens!

Inaccurate credit card information is a finger’s slip away and occasionally your selection is so stellar that it’s on backorder.

We also want to make sure you get our email confirmation as a record of the order.

Working with customers makes us happy; we just need a way to keep the lines of communication open.

 

How do I place an order?

Choose the items you want and click “Add to cart” button to reserve your product.

Then click the “Checkout” icon in the upper right to view your shopping cart and again click “Checkout” to proceed and come to a page where you can apply your discount codes.

Immediately after that, you’ll be asked to provide your details to confirm your order.

 

Shipping Method

ePacket: ePacket can deliver to the U.S, Canada, Australia,Finland, Ireland, Norway, Sweden, Belgium, Denmark, Netherlands, Greece, New Zealand.

Netherlands Post and Singapore Post support worldwide delivery.

UK Express: All packages ship to the UK will use UK Express by default, Not ePacket. (Military base not included).

US Express: US Express can only deliver to the U.S. (Military base not included) Carrier: USPS.

CA Express: CA Express will take 7-9 days delivery time, Canada only. (Military base not included) Carrier: Canada Post.

AU Express: AU Express will take 7-9 days delivery time, Australia only. (Military base not included) Carrier: Australia Post. 

 

Why didn’t I receive an e-mail confirmation when i made my order?

Good for you for keeping your inbox safe with a tough spam filter.

Though our confirmations are not spam, check there first.

If the email isn’t there, please contact our customer service team.

I received an email stating that my item is on backorder, what does this mean?

We get so many items a day (and sometimes run low on popular items) that it's very difficult to keep up-to-the-minute information on our site.

If your items are on backorder it can take 2-4 weeks to receive your item.

Of course, this amount of time will vary.

You have several options:

  • You can keep your item on backorder and wait till your item is available again.
  • You can choose another item instead of the one you purchased. If there is a price difference, you will either be credited or charged.
  • You can simply cancel that particular item if you don’t want to wait for it or change the order.

 

    How will I know if my order has been shipped?

    As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, our system automatically sends you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

    Click on the tracking number and you can access to-the-minute location information.

     

    What kind of payment do you accept?

    You can pay for you order using your credit/debit card, via Stripe® or through PayPal®.

    All orders are charged in Great British Pounds (GBP).

    Prices displayed in other currencies are approximate - you will be charged in GBP.

    Security measures are taken to protect your information in case accessing by unauthorized persons and against unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction and damage.

    We are not in the position to access to any information of your credit card.

     

    Why is my payment declined?

    a) Check the information you filled in while paying.

    b) Check whether there is enough money in your card.

    c) Cards with low credits will be declined.

    d) Using wrong card which we can not accept.

     

    What to do after my declined payment?

    a) Contact your bank to process your next order, and try it again.

    b) Change another card to pay.

    c) Change another paying methods such as Mastercard/Pay Pal.

     

    Delivery Time

    Your order will be shipped within 24/48 hours immediately after the payment is made.

    Europa: Average delivery time is 6 - 10 working days from despatch.

    Nord America: Average delivery time is 7 - 9 working days from despatch.

    Rest of the world: Average delivery time is 15 - 25 working days from despatch.

    In some instances the delivery may take more time than the standard shipping times stated here. Please contact us if your package is taking TOO LONG to arrive and we will help you to resolve any situation that we have control over!

     

    When can I except my shipment?

    The warehouse workers in our company need 24/48 hours to prepare and pack the goods for you.

    If there is some delay and special situation, our customer service will email you.

    Our customer service will email you tracking number once the tracking number is offered by delivery company.

     

    What carrier do you use for my package and how long for shipping?

    a) Shipping time: several days to most countries.

    b) Express delivery with tracking number: DHL, EMS, UPS, Fedex, UPS and so on.

     

    Can I pay extra money to ship the orders overnight?

    All the international delivery company can not make overnight shipping happen so far.

    So please order a few days ealier before your big event comes.

      

    Will you send us junk mails if we leave you an email?

    We promise we never send our customers junk email and always keep customers' information as a secret.

     

    When will I get my email replied?

    Our customer service try our best to reply your emails within 24 hours on business day.

    For every kind of request you can contact us here and our customer service available 24/7 will get back to you as soon as possible.

     

    Do you have an actual store I can come visit?

    Nope, no bricks & mortar for us.

    But although we only exist online, there are still tons of ways to stay in touch with us.

    Prices displayed are VAT inclusive.

    We are a UK VAT registered company.

    20% VAT already charged in all orders.
