By downloading, accessing, or using our application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the App. These terms are designed to ensure a safe, legal, and respectful environment for all users, in strict compliance with Google Play Developer Policies.

 

🔵 1. Service Description

FREE IMAGE GENERATOR is an artificial intelligence-powered tool that allows users to generate images based on text prompts. The App utilizes third-party APIs, to process text and render visual content in real-time.

 

🔵 2. Zero Tolerance Policy & Restricted Content

To ensure a safe environment and comply with international laws and Google Play Policies, we enforce a strict Zero Tolerance Policy regarding the generation of harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content. The underlying policy adopted strictly prohibits the creation of illegal, harmful, or non-consensual content. You explicitly agree NOT to use this App to generate, attempt to generate, or share any of the following:

🔹 CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material): Absolutely no material, whether real, illustrated, or fictional, depicting the sexual exploitation or abuse of minors.

🔹 Deepfakes & Non-Consensual Imagery: No deepfakes, manipulated images, or non-consensual intimate imagery depicting real individuals without their explicit, verifiable consent.

🔹 Sexually Explicit Content: No sexually explicit content, pornography, or explicit nudity, especially any content involving minors.

🔹 Illegal Activities & Rights Violations: Content that promotes, facilitates, or depicts illicit acts, terrorism, extreme violence, hate speech, or content that infringes upon the privacy and publicity rights of others.

 

🔵 3. Automated Filtering and Moderation

To enforce the rules stated above, the App and its underlying API employ strict safety mechanisms:

🔹 Server-Side and UI Filters: All text prompts are processed through advanced AI safety filters before image generation begins. Prompts containing flagged keywords or violating concepts are automatically blocked.

🔹Safe Mode: The App operates with built-in UI controls, such as a "Safe" checkbox/mode, designed to actively prevent the rendering of inappropriate or unsafe visual content.
Attempting to bypass, hack, or manipulate these safety filters is a direct violation of these Terms and will result in immediate termination of your access to the App.

 

🔵 4. Privacy by Design and Data Handling

We deeply respect your privacy. The FREE IMAGE GENERATOR is built on a "Privacy by Design" architecture to protect our users:

🔹 Anonymous Usage: The App does not require user registration, login, or personal identification to generate images. Your usage remains anonymous.

🔹 No Data Retention: The text prompts you enter and the images you generate are processed in real-time. We do not store, log, or retain your inputted data or generated images on our servers for future AI training purposes.

 

🔵 5. Intellectual Property and User Responsibility

The images generated through the App are created using open-source AI models. While you are free to download, share, and use the generated images, you are solely responsible for ensuring that your text prompts and the resulting images do not infringe upon existing copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights of third parties.

 

🔵 6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Ciaomarkets Ecosystem makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the AI generation service. Due to the unpredictable nature of Artificial Intelligence, we do not guarantee that the generated images will always meet your expectations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ciaomarkets Ecosystem shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time, especially to remain compliant with evolving Google Play Policies and international AI regulations. Any changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
